This Privacy Policy explains how the Sky Wings Travel & Tours Android application handles information. The app is designed for travellers in Pakistan and provides an offline-capable destination catalogue, trip planning tools and locally stored travel requests.

3. Information Collected by the App
The app does not automatically collect personal information, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, SMS, call logs, financial credentials or advertising identifiers.
When a user chooses to complete a trip request, support request or feedback form, the user may type information such as a name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, city, preferred travel date, number of travellers and notes. In the current offline implementation, this information is stored only in the app's private local preferences on the device unless the user separately chooses an external email action.

Saved destinations, search history, trip requests, packing checklist progress, notification read status, selected city and settings are stored locally in Android SharedPreferences. Android backup or device-transfer services may copy this local data when enabled by the user or device administrator.
6. User-Submitted Information and External Actions
The app can open the device's email application using a mailto link or open the dialler using a telephone link. The app does not send an email or place a call by itself. Information entered into an external email or dialler is handled by the selected external application and its provider's privacy terms.
7. Permissions
The manifest requests no dangerous or runtime permissions. The current build does not request Internet permission because all catalogue content and images are bundled or locally seeded.
8. Payment Information
The app contains no online payment gateway. Where payment information is displayed, it refers only to cash at departure or another directly agreed cash arrangement. The app does not store payment card or bank details.
9. Third-Party Services
The current build does not embed analytics, advertising SDKs, social login, cloud databases, crash-reporting SDKs, map SDKs or online payment services. External email, dialler, share and map applications may be opened only after a user taps the relevant action.
10. Images and Content Sources
Travel photographs bundled in the app are sourced from openly licensed Wikimedia Commons files. Attribution and license details are included in IMAGE_ATTRIBUTIONS.txt. Other graphics and icons are original app resources or adapted from openly licensed icon conventions.
11. Data Sharing
The app does not automatically share locally stored app data with Sky Wings Travel & Tours, advertisers or data brokers. A user may voluntarily share text through the Android share sheet or send an email through an external email application.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on the device until the user deletes individual items, clears app data, uninstalls the app or uses the in-app Reset Local Data option. A cancelled trip request remains in local history until removed through reset.
13. Security
The app relies on Android's application sandbox for local storage. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid entering sensitive identity documents, payment credentials or unnecessary confidential information in notes.
14. Children's Privacy
The app is a general travel-planning tool and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise any travel request created by a minor.
15. User Choices
Users can avoid entering personal information, clear search history, remove saved items, clear notifications, reset local app data, choose whether to open external email or dialler apps, and uninstall the app at any time.
16. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features, dependencies or data practices change. A revised effective date will be shown in the policy bundled with the app.
